5 TIPS FOR DENTAL HYGIENE


Everyone needs a good and beautiful smile, the dental hygiene has a great influence on the smile



#1-BRUSHING DAILY 

 

Proper brushing technique and the brushing schedule should be followed in the daily routine to have a good dental hygiene.

#2-FLOSSING

Flosiing helps in removing the food particles and other detrimental substances that the brushing regularly cannot do.

#3-AVOID TOBACCO

This will be a big contribution to your teeth and dental hygiene.

#4-DECREASE THE INTAKE OF COFFEE AND TEA

The intake of coffee and tea should be decreased in order to decrease the risk of bad dental health.

#5-USE FLOURIDATED TOOTH PASTE

Flouridated toothpaste should be used with the tooth brush.
Brush atleast twice in a day,
use less amount of water for flossing after brushing.
